La Grange (The Barn)
There are some buildings that immediately seduce with their charm. This is undoubtedly the case with ‘La Grange’. Fully equipped for maximum comfort, it immediately makes its mark, with its impressive oak structure and its natural stone floor.
The icing on the cake: ‘La Grange’ has 2 mezzanines, linked by a solid wood footbridge. The whole thing oozes with character.
Furthermore, an enormous bay window allows the eye to wander into the interior courtyard; while the bar – set up in a veranda – offers a view of the garden. |

The heating is discretely installed under the floor. And, of course, ‘La Grange’ is equipped with a professional sound system for the perfect animation of your evening events.
With a total volume of 270 m2, ‘La Grange’ easily accommodates up to 300 people, for a cocktail party. |

La Vacherie (The Byre)
The terracotta brick, natural stone and wood lend ‘La Vacherie’ all its sober, intimate and warm character.
Developed in the old stables, completely renovated in tune with the period, ‘La Vacherie’ accommodates up to 130 people for a meal.
Its generous dimensions (160 m2) and the mezzanine (75 m2) – made into a comfortable lounge overlooking the old hayloft – allow you to take full advantage of its space.
‘La Vacherie’ has a splendid fireplace, so you can crackle some logs and rediscover all the characteristic charm of the farm estates. |

‘La Vacherie’ is equipped with a bar, as well as a sound system with microphone, perfect for music and speeches.
A real find, ‘La Vacherie’ even has a small exhibition of old farming machinery, bearing witness to the methods once used and the work carried out with draught horses. |

The Barbecue
Located out of the way, but still connected to ‘La Vacherie’, the Barbecue is situated in the inner courtyard, behind the arches of the old pigsties.
Its generous proportions make it ideal for monumental grills as well as whole sheep roasts for numerous guests.
Since it is covered, bad weather will not have any impact on your event; another of its strengths. |

The Garden
The garden is one of the uncontested charms of the Grand-Spinois farm. It has an ancient wall characteristic of the farms of that period. Apart from the fact that it nicely marks out the perimeter, it also acts as a windbreak.

Parking
With space for about 120 vehicles, the car parks are part gravel and part grass, which is mown every week.
